Enquiry form

When you fill in the enquiry form, I process the information you provide: name, email, phone number, age, details about the desired tattoo and the images you upload, i.e. reference images and possibly photos of the body part.

I need this data to assess your enquiry, reply to you and prepare a project. It is sent by email to info@inkflow.ch and stored securely in the admin area of the website. You’ll receive a short confirmation by email.

Photos of body parts can be sensitive data. They are only used for your project, not published and not passed on. Enquiries that don’t lead to an appointment are usually deleted after twelve months. You can ask me at any time to delete your images and details immediately.

WhatsApp, phone and email

Many enquiries come in via WhatsApp. If you message me there, the terms of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) also apply. If you’d rather not, please use the form, email or phone.

Server and hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit it, technical data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system. This is necessary for the operation and security of the website. These log files are deleted after a short time.

Cookies, fonts and statistics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use tracking services. Technically necessary cookies may be set for operation, language selection and caching. Fonts are loaded directly from this server, not from Google.

Map and social media

The Google Maps map is only loaded when you explicitly open it. Data is then transmitted to Google. The links to Instagram and TikTok are simple links; the privacy policies of the respective providers apply there.

Photos of tattoos

I only publish photos and videos of your tattoo with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and I’ll remove the images from the website.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data I hold about you and request its correction or deletion. A short message to info@inkflow.ch is enough.
